As part of the company's efforts to preserve its properties, and due to the failure of some investors and customers to comply with and fulfill the payment of land dues in accordance with the concluded contracts.
• The company filed a claim for the recovery of the aforementioned piece of land to obtain the right to recover possession of its ownership following the issuance of the arbitral tribunal's ruling in favor of Al-Montazah Tourism and Investment Company.
• The company announces the resale of this land located in the Montazah Center, Sharm El-Sheikh, Touristic.
